March to December: Weds, Fri and Sat 10am–4pm.

I welcome visitors to Bitter Beck Pottery. If the regular opening hours are not convenient then please phone and I will do my best to arrange a time for you to visit.

Directions

Cockermouth is just off the A66 about half way between Keswick and Workington. From the M6 junction 40, take the A66 towards Workington, passing under Blencathra and Skiddaw on the right, and then up the west side of Bassenthwaite Lake.

Follow the signs into Cockermouth. Pass along Main Street and over the bridge, then turn right into Market Place. The pottery is on the right. There are car parks nearby and some street parking.
